Fellow COMP researchers will mantain their current CIBERDEM contracts along the duration of the fellowship and will also receive mobility and travel allowances, which will be individually determined for each applicant according to the financial guidelines of the Marie Curie Actions of FP7 (roughly 6000 to 9600 €/year and 250 to 1500 €/year respectively). In addition, the fellowship will provide funding for research costs up to 7200€.

They will follow the typical working conditions of their respective hosting institutions, in terms of hours and annual leave. Regarding healthcare coverage, CIBERDEM will determine if there is a bilateral agreement between the social security systems of Spain and that of the destination country (such as the one that exists within European Community countries) that will provide coverage abroad. Otherwise CIBERDEM will seek and provide alternative solution.
